Fantastic food 🍲, friendly fast service. A very pleasant place to eat!

If the staff aren’t so friendly here, I’d give this place, 1 star for the quality of food We had. We ordered deluxe pho which was just okay. The fried rice was hard and bland. I’m not sure if the rice was from the other day or they used cheap rice that’s why it wasn’t good. The fried chicken was just also okay but not the way we were expecting it to be. We also tried Vietnamese coffee and it’s a fail, the taste was between too bitter and too sweet.

I've always had good food here at a very good price. Great selection of different dishes. Staff has always been pleasant to me as well. I keep coming back. One of my faves in the area.

The food was great and the service is fast but I will never come back.2 screaming out of control kids maybe 3 & 5 years old that must belong to the owner because no one would allow that behaviour from someone else’s kids. Spoiled the whole experience.

Great food here, and CHEAP! The honey garlic beef is next to none. Vermicelli bowls are spot on as well. Good bubbleteaIt is a bit hit or miss though. Not always very consistent.

Great atmosphere, great service, and most of all great prices for the portions that they give you (portions are huge)!

Portions are large and prices are cheap. Some foods are extra oily but not all. The wait time is quick. They have a very limited parking spot so if youre driving and its a busy time you might have to park somewhere in the residential area.

Great food. Ordered Cantonese chow mein, ate my fill there, took home the rest. Huge portions and great prices. Very friendly. Will be a regular.

Great tasting food for a fair price

This restaurant reminds me of the delicious food my own father use it make for me as a kid. Very traditional basic Vietnamese food. Portions are large and prices are low. I live just around the corner and come here often for a quick bite. Food is always served very quickly.

The food was great but the owner let a customer's kid run around the restaurant wearing only a full diaper. Gross.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. What I ordered was delish 😋. The soup the lady across the restaurant also was huge and looked delicious 👌. Very friendly staff.

Had a very hearty Father's Day lunch with the fambam....Vietnamese style....had their crispy fried chicken, mixed seafood veggies, sweet and sour pork ribs, fried rice , eggplant & fried tofu in black bean sauce and the sizzling seafood mix love everything.....💕

I am addicted to the beef pho here. The quality of food is always consistently good! AND the price of food is extremely reasonable (a large pho is $8 before taxes). Love this place!

Vi An Restaurant is one of the best place in Winnipeg. I always go there with my family. We really love their food. The place is nice. If you are looking for good and affordable food, you should visit this place. All the staff are very approachable and friendly. Their BBQ Duck soup with Egg or with Rice noodle is the best in Winnipeg!! It is far better in Many Chinese Restaurants we had tried. The portion is very big and it will make you full. Very highly recommendable!

I order here frequently. Good amount of vegetarian options. 147 vermicelli is an A+ veggie options (make sure to get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce)
